Meet the Team

Nadia is a Co-Founder and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant at Social Matters. Nadia is a Systemic Family Therapist and has a background in youth justice, education welfare and child protection social work. Nadia has also occupied various leadership roles in both her professional career and in her local community.

Nadia is a mixed heritage woman in a heterosexual marriage and a mother. She is a born and raised East Londoner and has a strong relationship with faith and spirituality.

Nadia’s brings her holistic experience to her work in the DEI world.

Fran is a Co-Founder and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant at Social Matters. Fran is a qualified systemic practitioner and coach. Fran has previously work with complex child protection, court social work , and higher education teaching, where she contributed to the design and delivery of a social work Master's programme.

Fran identifies as queer and is passionate about the rights of the LGBTQI+ community. She is a proud Yorkshire woman with Irish and Belgian roots.

Fran brings her wealth of professional and person experience to the world of DEI.

Eugene is a Co-Founder and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant at Social Matters. Eugene s a qualified systemic practitioner and has a background in child protection social work, foster carer development and and higher education teaching, where he contributed to the design and delivery of a social work Master's programme.

Eugene is a heterosexual man of Nigerian descent. Born and raised in the east end of London, Eugene is particularly passionate about Race and Intersectionality.

Eugene brings this wealth of experience to the world of DEI.
